Customer-Built | Rising Tide What if your customer never had to say, "Nobody told me that"?A membership conversation should leave a customer clear on what happens after the promotion. Tom D'eri and the Rising Tide team built a workflow around that moment using FlexWash. It connects the lane conversation to a thoughtful follow-up when an explanation is missing. Rising Tide's AI workflow checks whether the ongoing membership price was explained. If it was missed, the FlexWash API adds the CRM tag 'promotional pricing clarifier'. Smart Messaging uses that tag to send the wash's configured pricing clarification. The goal is simple: help the customer know what to expect. Built by Rising Tide using FlexWash. People, dialogue and prices in the linked example are illustrative. |
Customer-Built Reporting Your next great report might be your own.Gopi Chand Simhadri uses the FlexWash API to build WAVEIQ reporting and AI-assisted insights for Shine & Roll Car Wash. His dashboard brings customer mix, segments and operating metrics together around a useful question: who is visiting the wash, and how does that mix relate to average ticket and package choice? What question would you put on your own dashboard? Customer-built WAVEIQ dashboard. Figures shown are an example, not guaranteed results. |
Site Layout Planning See the Changes Before You Make ThemUsing your mind's eye is great, but a configurable 3D layout makes it easier to see how everything fits together. Our Plan Your Lanes designer lets you experiment with signage, staff placement, equipment and the overall look of your wash. Move things around, compare layouts and check approximate distances before making changes on site. Download your design to share it, or reopen the saved layout in the designer to keep working, with instructions included. It even has a bit of a Roblox vibe, so it's fun to play around in. I even tucked in an Easter egg for anyone who wants to give their wash a little Vegas flair. This is a work in progress, so give it a try and tell me what's missing. This is not an official tool and not a replacement for true site drawings. Move things around. See what works for your wash. Measurements and coverage views are planning guides. Confirm dimensions and conditions at your site before installation. |
Membership Payments They didn't cancel. Their payment failed.A customer choosing to leave and a renewal that fails are two different problems. Review payment-related churn separately from voluntary cancellations. Eligible card updates and FlexWash retry logic may help keep a willing member from lapsing when payment details change. Availability varies by card and configuration, and approvals are not guaranteed. See how payment recovery works |
